Vitex (chaste tree berry) has become one of the most widely relied-upon botanicals in American and European herbalism. Planetary Formulas Full Spectrum Vitex Extract combines a standardized extract of Vitex agnus-castus (chaste tree) berries, concentrated to 0.5% agnusides, with whole berries. Vitex modifies the effect of the hypothalamus and pituitary glands.
